Hygge & the Stars

A Night of Cosmic Comfort, Healing and Renewal

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2026
7:00-9:00pm

Hygge (pronounced “hoo-gah”) goes beyond simple coziness. It’s a way of being. Rooted in Danish culture, Hygge is the gentle art of savoring life’s quiet pleasures, surrounded by comfort and contentment. It invites warmth, simplicity, and togetherness, transforming everyday moments into a haven of well-being.

Join Kristen Bala and Brenna Miller for an evening among the stars to nurture your body and mind in the spirit of this tradition. On this powerful night, Saturn and Neptune unite in Aries (0°), a rare and auspicious alignment symbolizing the birth of new dreams and a collective awakening.

We’ll begin our evening gathered by a cozy fire beside the tranquil indoor pool. Kristen will share insights into the astrology and how its energy may influence your personal path. Then, settle in on soft mats and cozy blankets for a sensory elemental journey featuring aromatherapy, gentle hands-on assists, Reiki healing, guided breathwork, and meditation.

We’ll close our evening with a comforting cup of cacao and sweet treats, savoring the warmth of the moment. You’ll also receive a special surprise gift to take a little extra magic home with you.

What to bring/wear:

  1. In the spirit of hygge, dress comfortably, think cozy PJ pants, warm socks, or a fleecy hat.

  2. A blanket and pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfy (we’ll provide fluffy mats and extra blankets)

  3. Please note: this is a non-swim event. No swimsuit needed.

Space is limited. Tickets are non-refundable.

About the venue: This event is held in our private in-door pool space in Harvard, MA. Address and arrival instructions will be e-mailed to you upon ticket purchase.
