Full Moon Floating Sound Bath
An Evening of Astrology, Reiki & Sonic Healing at the Indoor Pool

Join us on the evening of 4-24-2024 to experience a Full Moon Floating Sound Bath. There is nothing more healing than the element of water and when you add the vibrations of sound, Reiki energy, and floating in a warm in-door pool under the moonlight — deep transformation is bound to occur.
You are invited to experience a “sound bath of all sound baths,” with Kathleen Hubbard, sound therapist and Kristen Bala, astrologer. The evening will combine water healing, astrology and a sound bath including crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shakers and ocean chimes. You may also choose to stay dry by laying down by the pool on fluffy mats provided. You will have the opportunity to choose your own Himalayan bowl to be rested on your body to activate specific chakra points. We will have three Reiki energy-workers who will be working on guests during the event. Kristen will discuss the astrology of the night (the moon will be in Scorpio) and lead you through a water ritual/craft and meditation. A few light snacks will be provided.
What to bring/wear:
Swimsuit, towel and change of clothes if you choose to float
Something for the water altar if you like: shell, ocean inspired / personal item, etc. (you will take this home)
Signed waiver (e-mailed to you in advance & copies available at arrival)
Space is limited to 16 people. Tickets are non-refundable.
About the venue: This event is held in our private in-door pool space in Harvard, MA. The water will be a warm 90+ degrees and plenty of dry seating areas as well. Address and arrival instructions will be e-mailed to you upon ticket purchase.
About Kathleen Hubbard
Kathleen is a Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Nurse. She is the founder of Jivana Holistic Nursing Service, which offers energy healing services and classes for adults and children. She specializes in Himalayan bowls, tuning forks and gongs and is passionate about the profound effect of sound during a healing session. She leads sound bath events, holistic workshops and retreats throughout New England and offers Reiki 1, 2 and Master level instruction and attunements. Service offerings include Pranashakthi Mahavidya, Medical Qi Gong, Meditation and Mindfulness, and EFT & TFT Tapping.
About Kristen Bala
Kristen is an Astrologer and Founder of the Deep End. She came into astrology as a teenager, when her mother, an astrologer and herbalist, taught her the language of the stars and the two of them spent countless hours doing natal charts together. Over the years, Kristen has studied with several leading astrologers and graduated with honors from the Rebecca Gordon Astrology School. She has a background in writing and communications and enjoys using that skillset in her astrology blogs and helping her community. Kristen is an active member of the National Council for Geocosmic Research (Boston Chapter) and the American Federation of Astrologers.
